Every event is arranged to order. Prices depend on the destination, yacht or boat, date, guest count, duration and selected extras.

All options depend on vessel suitability, supplier availability and local permissions. Music, entertainment and alcohol are subject to local and onboard rules.

Tell us in advance about dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility needs and any external suppliers you wish to bring.

Share the event objective, guest count, format and supplier requirements. Confirm whether the event will cruise or remain moored, the approved capacity, setup time and any branding permissions. Event admission, access passes and specialist equipment are separate unless included in the confirmed quotation.

The following terms apply unless different conditions are disclosed and accepted before payment:

At least 7 days before departure: The charter amount paid is refundable, less any previously disclosed, non-recoverable payment or transfer fees, where legally permitted.

Less than 7 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter price applies. Payments above that amount are refundable.
