Safety

Attend the safety briefing and follow the captain’s instructions. The permitted capacity of the yacht or boat must never be exceeded.
Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
Swimming and water activities require the captain’s approval and suitable conditions.
Move carefully on deck, use suitable footwear and avoid running or climbing on railings.
Decorations, candles and entertainment equipment require crew approval. Keep walkways and emergency exits clear.
Routes, departure times and activities may change due to weather, sea conditions or instructions from the relevant authorities.
Secure laptops, screens and meeting materials. Cables, furniture and electrical connections need crew approval and must not obstruct walkways.

Cancellation Policy

Boarding arrangements: your exact marina or meeting point depends on the selected yacht or boat and will be confirmed with your booking. Share your hotel or villa location when requesting transfers.

Every event is arranged to order. Prices depend on the destination, yacht or boat, date, guest count, duration and selected extras.

Share your preferred date, destination, guest count, duration, budget and event requirements when enquiring.

All options depend on vessel suitability, supplier availability and local permissions. Music and entertainment are subject to local and onboard rules.

Your quotation will confirm the total price, included services, selected extras, any payable fuel or marina fees, deposit and balance deadline. Your booking is secured after the required payment and confirmation.

Bring the identification documents requested for your destination and arrive at the confirmed boarding time.

Tell us in advance about dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility needs and any external suppliers you wish to bring.

Send the agenda, attendee count and equipment list before booking. Internet speed, power outlets, screens, air conditioning and a quiet enclosed meeting space are vessel-specific and must be confirmed. Arrange any confidentiality requirements separately; the required crew remains onboard.

Only nonalcoholic drinks are offered for this Jeddah event. Music, DJs and entertainment require confirmation under the applicable local and onboard rules.

The following terms apply unless different conditions are disclosed and accepted before payment:

At least 7 days before departure: The charter amount paid is refundable, less any previously disclosed, non-recoverable payment or transfer fees, where legally permitted.

Less than 7 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter price applies. Payments above that amount are refundable.

Customized extras: Cakes, décor, catering, entertainment and other third-party services may incur separate cancellation costs once ordered or reserved, according to the terms disclosed before payment.

Weather or operator cancellation: If the operator cancels the sailing because of unsafe conditions, authority restrictions or operational reasons, you may choose an available alternative date or a refund for the cancelled charter service. Separately ordered extras remain subject to their disclosed terms and applicable law.

Changes and rescheduling: please submit cancellation and date-change requests in writing. Rescheduling depends on availability and may involve price differences or previously disclosed supplier charges.

Special dates and vessels: any different peak-period or vessel-specific cancellation terms will be stated before payment.
